cache is located at the mid way marker(MP 49) on the Maah Daah Hey trail, just east of the trail
traverse I 94 in North Dakota to Belfield at exit 42 go north on hyway 85 from belfield 16.1 miles to the blacktail road, go west on blacktail 18.6 miles to whitetail road then north andwest 7.2 miles to the junction of Mahh Daah hey trail, hike northeast on trail about 1/2 mile to marker 49-a stainless steel post, the cache is in a ammo box supplied by the North Dakota Society of Professional Land Surveyors.
