Wedding Bells?!?! Traditional Cache
Bodenhafer: As stated in my previous log, this area seems to have been cleared out for use. It used to be severely overgrown and not used. I WILL NOT be replacing the cache based on the fact it was placed when the area seemed to be overgrown and unused. Out of respect for whomever owns this property, I am archiving this cache so that those people who do not read previous logs will not inadvertently attempt to find it without proper knowledge (guilty myself on a few occasions). Thanks for the good times, perhaps I can place one in an area nearby again someday.

This cache is only rated so high because of some steep hills in the
surrounding area. Any vehicle can get within 25 feet of it.
Elevation is 1164 Ft according to my GPSr.
PLEASE , park next to the
GREEN DUMPSTERS. Although, "Private
Road" owners know you are coming, but this is their driveway, so
please be courteous.
Located in the beautiful moutains near Lake Jennings, we chose this
spot because we have an aunt who lives nearby and is really
interested in the sport, so we thought we would give her some
amusement while she sits out by her pool, watching people come and
go to find this one. My girlfriend...fiance bought me a GPSr for
Xmas the first year we were together. Ever since then we have spent
as much free time as possible out on the trails hunting up
geocaches. It is something we have really enjoyed spending time
together doing and has brought us many special memories. I thought
there would be no better way to pop the big question and
immortalize the event than to put it in a geocache for everyone to
see. So I decided to propose while geocaching. I put everything
together for this cache, added a special little something in the
middle (the engagement ring), and prayed for the answer I was
looking for. I asked her to make sure everything was in the cache
we needed, right before placing it. No one in our team had any
idea. I thought one of the ladies with us was going to faint (she
was taking pictures and actually didn't even realize what was going
on until I got down on my knee). Well, she gave me the answer I
wanted and we finished up laying the cache. The cache is located in
a residential area near Lake Jennings and a local hang glider
launch area. As approaching the cache (maybe
200 ft out) there are green dumpsters you can park next to and walk
from there. Be aware of traffic, although it is sparse, you
will be near a one lane road where there may be a car or two. While
hunting look around at the beautiful houses and wave to the one up
on the hill, Aunt Janet is anxious to see cachers looking for the
prize. Original contents include a bunch of Winnie the Pooh toys.
Please hide as well or better than you found it.
