This is one of 6 caches placed around Round Lake County Park. You
can find just this one, or find all 6, and get the clues for the
Round Lake - The Finale. A tour of all 7 caches will take you to
every corner of Round Lake County Park, and you should be able to
park once, and have a nice hike, and be able to find all 7 in less
than 2 hours.
This one takes you a very large pine tree in Round Lake County
Park, a short walk from the parking area.
Round Lake County Park is a great to place to visit for a picnic
and for swimming. Round Lake County Park is a day use only park,
and closes at 10 p.m., so night caching is not allowed here. Round
Lake County Park has a great natural beach, and is located on the
shores of 216-acre Round Lake, in northwestern Chippewa County.
Drinking water, picnic tables, restrooms and a changing area is
available.
