Toe Ticklers can be found near Chimney Hole Cavern in the Rock. In their caterpillar stage, they enjoy eating and tickling the feet of unsuspecting Fraggles. After building a rather unique chrysalis and incubating for a while, they emerge as Purple Spoingers. These creatures look like beautiful, airborn jellyfish.
