You will not find the cache at the posted coordinates, although the location may give you a hint towards the solution. The coordinates can be determined from the information on this page. If you did not live in Florida until after Jimmy Carter left office, you may have a very difficult time with this solution. You can email me for a hint ONLY if you have visited the posted coordinates and still need help. You are looking for a camo'ed micro. Please replace the camo as found.

Back in 1979 a bunch of buddies gathered at a small park in Jacksonville for a high school reunion. The first to arrive was Dave from Baldwin and he was glad to grab the first parking spot, as the asphalt was hot and certainly everyone would want to park as close to the veranda as possible. Roger came in from that new development called “Deltona” and pulled up right next to him. CPO Duke came in from Mayport, followed by Bill who pulled up alongside him and started complaining how the traffic on the Howard Frankland Bridge had delayed him. He was followed shortly by Tom from St. Augustine and then Mark from West Palm Beach. Next to arrive was Joe from Daytona Beach, followed shortly by Frank who was happy to get off I-95 having driven all the way up from Miami. When Mike showed up everyone wondered why he bothered driving when he could have easily walked, but it turns out he had the barbecue supplies While they were setting up, Tony came in from Largo (but didn't complain about the traffic) and then Aaron from the bustling metropolis of Chipley. The last spot was filled when Charlie finally showed up from Clearwater. Dave, being a photographer, got out his wide angle lens to get a great shot of all the cars from the back. They held another reunion party in the same park the next year and they all arrived in the same order. Dave took another picture but it just wasn’t the same.
