Geocache Description:

small cache located in Jefferson park

This park was the place to be if you had a dog in the neighborhood. The locals would bring there dogs out at dusk and let them roam free to socialize with all the other dogs and owners. Until the city cracked down on the law breaking citizens and their pooches by handing out citations like hotcakes. Boy I miss those days.. none the less its a awesome park.
