Quick c&d Bring your own pen, its a nano :)
If you have long arms you can reach this nano from the car. This cache was placed while I was driving around after being questioned by officers at a nearby cache. I decided to pass the time I would hide a cache. :) Have fun with this quickie!!! Practice stealthy caching as always!!
