This cache is placed on private property. Thanks Dad for permission
to place it here.
The posted coords are for parking.
Please do not block the driveways. It is ok; however, to block in
the red Chevy truck. (It is ours. Also, if you want, knock on the
door and see if we’re home.)
You may not see a wonderful view here, but it may make one think
about what is slowly happening to farm land around here. When you
stand at the cache site you will be where our pigs used to roam.
Just a few feet away the barn still stands where our cows stood to
eat. A look behind you is where the chickens enjoyed flying the
coop. The parking area is where our rabbits would tease by coming
close and just as you went to pet them they would hop away. All of
the animals are long gone, but the memories still remain.
The only animals remaining are two dogs and two cats. The dogs
do not bite. If you have a minute the Sheppard beagle (the white
dog with black spots) loves to play ball. She has a tennis ball and
if you walk up to her and say “ball” she may just bring
it to you. If she is in a very playful mood she may even throw it
to you. Please watch children as she does like to jump. Tell her
“no jump” and you should be ok. The Black Lab is old
and all she cares about is sleeping.
*As of 1/20/09 the Black Lab is no longer with us. She passed
away in the night.*

There is a very nice FTF prize. It is not in the cache as it
wouldn't fit... If we are home stop in and we will be glad to hand
it to you. If not our phone number is on the side of the cache.
