There have been some ghastly ghoulish goings on down at Goring
Gap. Scooby Doo and his friends need rescuing and need your help to
do it. They have been captured by a ghost, but it left three vital
clues to solve the mystery. It's up to you to find them.
The listed co-ordinates are for your starting point. There is
parking there.
- CLUE 1 - Go to N50 48.505 W000 25.884 - Here
you will find a large tree with four trunks. Round the back of the
tree there is a stick. Pull out the stick very gently and you will
find the "ghost" has left a watch. Note down the time and convert
it to digital time. In other words if the watch says quarter to
seven write this down as 6.45. This will give you ABC. Got it? Well done you are well on your way to
solving the mystery.
- CLUE 2 - Go to N50 48.438 W000 25.887 - Here
you'll find a horizontal ivy covered tree trunk. Look for a
bracelet. How many coloured beads are there? This will give you
D. Excellent, well done,
just one more part of the mystery to solve.
- CLUE 3 - Go to N50 48.386 W000 25.887 - Here
you will find a fence. Down the bottom of one of the short uprights
you will find a slip of paper. In the triangle there is a number
written down. This number is EF. Fantastic! Now it's time to go rescue our
chums.
Assemble the clues so that you have N50 48.ABC W000 25.DEF Got it?

You are looking for a small ammo box. In it there are lots and
lots of Scooby Doo goodies. Good luck and happy hunting. There is
extensive tree cover so you may find your gps reception is a little
iffy!
This is intended as a bit of fun for the kids to do during the
summer holidays, but adults are more than welcome to join in the
fun too. Please leave the swapsies for the kids though eh!
