Some time ago, I posted a note to your cache page requesting a response from you to post what you were planning to do with the cache on the page and to send me a note. I have no record of a response, and no response tells me that you are not planning on replacing or repairing this cache. If I am wrong with that assumption, please let me know promptly. I can always unarchive the cache for you if needed.

Geocache Description:

This is a cache designed to take you on a tour up and down Hwy 25 in the
town of Guy and on a few side roads. From three coordinates you
will derive the coordinates to another coordinate. At this
coordinate you will solve a word puzzle for your final coordinate
and cache location. The cache is an ammo box filled with various goodies.

This is our first cache. We were tired of basic find and sign caches so we decided to spice it up a bit. We hope you like it and that its not too confusing!!! We recommend printing these directions off to take with you!

Find these three stages and fill in the clues in the Stage 4
coordinates to reach the Stage 4 word puzzle

Note: Stage one can be easily completed by not even leaving your
vehicle and we recommend such.

To locate the final Stage in this cache you will need to fill in
these blanks. Then you will assign a number to each letter. For
example A=0, B=1,...,Z=25. Notice A is starting at 0 and not 1 to
allow for zeroes. Using the letters underneath the above blanks,
fill in the corresponding numbers to the letters in the blanks into

So since blank A is the letter "i" the corresponding
number to blank A is 8 (remember A is 0, so B is 1, i is 8, z is 25, etc.)

Since blank J is the "e" in Memory, blank J's number is 4. e=4

Since blank P is the "f" in of, blank P's number is 5. f=5

Since blank W is the "e" in Doe, blank W's number is 4. e=4

Since blank S is the "h" in John, blank S would be 7. h=7

Since blank Q is the "j" in John, blank Q would be 9, j=9

There will be a camera in the cache soon for you to take your picture and we'll try to publish them here when we get it all full! Leave us a note in our log book! We have plenty of pages! Also we are putting an aviation coin from North Carolina!

Have fun cacheing! CONGRATS TO L3D2 ON THE FTF!!!

The first two logs in our book were teams test running the cache for it. So L3D2 gets the credit on first actual geocacher to find without assisstance! But give it up for the other teams that test ran it because there were several kinks in the first two drafts! :)
