Geocache Description:


We’re both incurable readers, so this seemed an appropriate location for us to place a cache, with permission from the property owner. At certain times of the day you will need to be very aware of activity in the nearby structure, particularly the room nearest the cache site – you’ll see why when you arrive. Use stealth, and please be sure to close the container completely and replace it just where you found it.

Coordinates averaged over two days, when devices were reading about 20-foot accuracy.

Update March 1, 2016: For a number of years this building was occupied by Capitol Book and News, a wonderful independent bookstore. Sadly, the owners closed the business in January of this year to pursue other interests. For now, the cache remains in place; we'll just have to see what becomes of the property and whether new owners will allow us to keep the hide here.
