silvermoose: It has become difficult for me to walk out to this cache and perform maintenance. Hopefully someone else will want to add one in this area.

This is actually along a fairly level trail, however there is a bit of a hill at the start, but only a bit.
This is a very nice trail system that was donated to the county. There are a number of caches already in the park, so if you haven't done them yet, you can hit those along the way. Reception is pretty good as it isn't heavily wooded in most areas. The cache is about 1/4 of a mile from parking.

You don't need to cut across the fields, just follow a trail till you are pretty close to the cache. On the east side of the cache, there is a place to head down behind some ...... hmm, that looks suspiciously like a good place for a cache.... The cache is at the base of a tree. Won't tell you which one, but you don't have to go crashing thru them, you just have to figure out what kind of container we used. Read the title, and think of it from the perspective from our hunting inclined elkhound, Moose.
Cache container is only big enough for a log so please bring your own writing utensil. The camouflage that is attached to the cache container is all grouped together, so you only need to lift up all of the camouflage and the bison tube is tie wrapped to the bottom. Please do not detach the cache container, but just unscrew it from the camouflage. Some of Moose's essence remained.
