A Traditional Cache in Smallbrook Meadows, Warminster. There can be a high level of muggles here so stealth may be required. I got my pushchair there but the path has a tendency to get muddy. Very close to running water so please keep children safe.
Until June 08 we had a much adored Border Collie called Bouncer, he was fairly well known around town for his obedience and good nature, sitting outside shops and waiting for us to come back, no lead or tying up necessary.
Bouncer used to love Smallbrook Meadow and being close to where we lived we spent a lot of time there swimming in the river, although Bouncer never really liked the deep bits. One day whilst fishing out sticks to throw, I slipped and my flip-flop came off and floated off downstream. I yelled “fetch Bouncer!!!!” and our valiant Collie rushed off to retrieve it, avoiding where possible the deep bits and using the banks on both sides! I thought he would never catch it as I hobbled gingerly down the path trying to keep up, but he did of course and bought it back, with some extra holes for ventilation!
This cache is near the location of this event, I hope that you enjoy it!
