Dieser Drive-In Cache führt euch zu einem Ort nahe der Ortschaft
Kreuzen.
Links neben der Straße mitten im Hochwald steht ein hoher
Fels,
der eine kirchendachähnliche Form hat. Es ist eine freistehende
Felswand,
die Hundskirche genannt wird. Zur Zeit des Geheimprotestantismus
im 17. und 18. Jahrhundert versammelten sich hier die
Evangelischen, um ihre Gottesdienste abzuhalten.
Auf dem Felsen sind eingemeißelte Zeichen zu sehen.
Es sind Tiergestalten: eine Schlange mit Krone, ein Hund, eine
Schnecke mit einer Kirche auf dem Rücken.
Über der Schlange befinden sich die Buchstaben: FERDINANDE, und
unter den Zeichen liest man eine Inschrift. Auch die Jahreszahl
1583, kaum mehr leserlich ist zu sehen.

This Drive-In cache leads you to a place near the village of
Kreuzen.
Left of the road in the wood there is a high rock, which looks
like a church.
It is a freestanding wall, called “Hundskirche” (Dog's
Church).
At the time of occult Protestantism in the 17th and 18 Century
gathered here the Protestant to their worship.
On the rocks are engraved characters. There are animal characters:
a snake with a crown, a dog, a snail with a church on the
back.
About the snake is the letter: FERDINANDE, and under the sign you
see an inscription in letters. Then we find the year, barely
legible: 1583
