Cache located in Belvedere Park. Park Authority parks are open from Dawn to Dusk. Night Caching in Park Authority parks is expressly forbidden.
This cache is courtesy of the open placement park list by the Fairfax County Park Authority.
The cache is named in honor of the 1st Earl of Belvedere who’s name was Colonel Robert Rochfort.
To get the cache location, multiply Robert’s age when he was married by 2. Subtract the product from the posted coordinates for the decimal part of the latitude. For the longitude, multiply his wife’s age at the time of their marriage by 2. Subtract the product from the posted coordinate for the decimal part of the longitude.
Beware of muggles.
