Geocache Description:

A small cache in San Leandro

This cache is a camoed "small" hidden near a grassy area across from the San Leandro Adult School. It overlooks a section of the 880 freeway also. It is a fairly straight-forward park n' grab.

You can get to it from Williams or come the other way past Cherry Grove Park. Don't park right along the road section nearest the cache, this would block traffic. There are spots around the corner. Parking is found along Leonard Drive.

I started this cache with a log and few very small trade items, but bring a writing instrument to log your visit. Enjoy!

Update 3/11/10: Park on Leonard Drive. Replaced with a small cache in new location. It is now a hanger-type, capacity about half a liter. Find the green metal box, go a bit past it in a northward direction into the foliage, and turn around to face NE. See hint for more if you like. All new log and frog collection, as well as other trade stuff. Bumped terrain and difficulty from 1.5/1.5 to 2/2 to reflect new conditions.

Update 8/3/2010: Moved and replaced missing container. Similar hide style to previous. Easier to access. Shorter walk from parking.
