Este es un micro cache localizado en las afueras del lugar donde
se originó una importante tradición en la comida criolla
Puertoriqueña. Por favor trae un bolígrafo/lápiz para firmar la
hoja de visitas y por supuesto mucho apetito! El GZ está localizado
en el barrio Quebradas en el límite entre Guayanilla y Yauco. Si
gustan pueden entrar y conocer la belleza de esta tradicional
casona y disfrutar de la majestuosidad del Ficus que está dentro de
la casa y de la delicia de los platos que aquí se preparan. El
cache está fuera del restaurante, sé muy cuidadoso durante la
búsqueda pues hay un guardia en el estacionamiento del lugar y
algunos vecinos en las casas cercanas.
This is a micro cache located outside of the place where an
important tradition of the Puerto Rican cuisine was born. Please
bring a pen/pencil to sign the log sheet and of course a lot of
appetite! The GZ is located between Guayanilla and Yauco
municipalities. You can check the beautiful house with the big
Ficus inside and taste the delightful plates that are made here.
The cache is outside the restaurant, be very careful during the
hunt, there is a guard on the parking area and some neighbors on
the nearby houses.
Como llegar: Si viene de Mayagüez o Ponce por la
PR-2 tome la salida 200 hacia el Puente Cambalache, al final gire a
la derecha hacia la carretera 127. Pase el puente sobre la PR-2 y
justo allí en la curva está el GZ. Desde Ponce también puede
tomar la Carretera 127 en Guayanilla y llegar hasta el GZ.
How to get there: From Mayagüez or Ponce by PR-2
take exit 200 towards Cambalache bridge, at the end make a right
turn to connect road #127. Pass the bridge over the PR-2 and just
on the curve is the GZ. Another choice from Ponce by PR-2,
is taking road # 127 in Guayanilla and arrive to the GZ.
