Attention! The cache is not located at the above coordinates. To
find the location of the cache, you need to solve the following
puzzle. The cache is located in the San Rossore Park, which closes
at 7pm. Most of the park is accessible only through guided tours,
but the cache is located in the part that is freely
accessibile.
Attention: If the people at the entrance of the park say that the
park is open only on Saturday and Sunday, you can tell them that
you are going to 'La Sterpaia'. That part of the park you can go to
on any day.
Place 8 chess queens on a standard 8x8 chessboard (see above), so
that no queen can be captured by any of the other queens. The
queens may be placed on both white and black squares.
Logically, no queen can share the same row, column, or diagonal
with any other queen. Write down your solution as (a1, b2, c3, d3,
e5, f6, g7, h8 - this is just an example and obviously this
solution is wrong).
Once you have found an arrangement that works, convert all
letters to numbers (a=1, b=2, etc.) and add up all letters and
numbers of your solution. The result is 'xy'.
