You can drive up to it - most of the time but...
You won't find the other six or "that Snowy Girl" here. If you are lucky and cache on MOST Saturdays or Sundays between 10am and 3pm you can find the cache and "Grumpy" himself.
We hadn't seen Grumpy in many years, today (8/31/2016) we learned why. Grumpy left this Earthly Life on May 21, 2012. Sad story that we will leave untold. R.I.P. Grumpy, We loved your Jerky.
It is a 2.5 due to the somewhat steep slope that you DO NOT need to descend unless you or the cache fall
Oh, and "Grumpy's" was well worth the $7 or $10 - IF you are there at the above days and times. (you'll be hooked!)
He'd been there "same days and times" for at least twelve years!
Cache originally contained an "I love my Pets" pin and a bottle cap from tissa1020's favorite soda - plus the log book - BYOP!
