Geocache Description:

A small cache in one of the steepest areas around Cambridge.

The cache is located in the 'West Pit' nature reserve which is one of three lime quarries in this area.

There are two options to approach the cache, and with both you will have to climb/descend some steps.
Option A: Start from the top at N 52°10.682' E 0°10.007' and go down the footpath.

Option B: Start from the caravan park at N 52°10.893' E 0°10.161' (coordinates point to entrance) enter the forest opposite the information booth and head right.

As I'm originally from Austria I greatly enjoy some difference in elevation in this otherwise very flat area. The site seems to be safe and stable but watch out for falling rocks when you are approaching the cache!
