In keeping with local tradition, a silver ammo can has been hidden in the woods to honor Gurnee Glenn’s accomplishment of finding 1,000 caches.
A veteran cacher, he has collected his 1000 finds over his four year caching lifetime. He is a cacher that is devoted to giving back to the local community by generating 'good caching karma' by placing 37 caches to date.
This is a simple hide in the woods that is close to Gurnee Glenn's favorite cache hiding spot (check out his DRT series). In Gurnee Glenn's honor, you should bike to this location and snap some great photos along the way. Enjoy your journey!
