another cache-n-dash for fillmore

There is one thing I think fillmore is short on:
LPC's. So this is an easy for-the-numbers cache tucked away in a Lamp post. Coordinates should put you dead-on. The only thing to make this challenging is its a slightly high-traffic area. good luck!
