Please join us to get the word out on geocaching at Heritage Day at Wild Cat Den State Park from 10 AM to 4 PM. The geocaching community has been invited this year to showcase geocaching at Heritage Day.
There will be an easy cache trail to give new geocachers a taste of geocaching.
Many surprises will await geocachers as they walk the trails of Wild Cat Den State Park.
What is needed?
New geocachers to learn the game and experienced geocachers to lead the new geocachers on the hunt - GPS devices will be available to check out thanks to the University of Illinois Extension in Rock Island County.
Come lend a hand or just come and enjoy the challenge while walking the trails of Wild Cat Den State Park or just join us and shoot the breeze and share stories of your adventures out on the trail!
