Placed in the New Forest Near Brockenhurst.

Placed with the knowledge and in accordance with the Forestry Commission New Forest and East Dorset GAGB Permissions Agreement.

Not suitable for wheelchairs or buggies due to tree roots.

Park near the Balmer Lawn Hotel at N50 49.612 W001 34.242
This is a lovely spot for a paddle and a picnic on a sunny day!

Walk North across the cricket ground. Cross the main road at N50 49.750 W001 34.283. BE CAREFUL IT CAN BE BUSY!!!!!!

Enter the wood at the style marked 'No camping'.

When the main path splits go left.

Cross the bridge and walk up stream. Enjoy the magical woodland walk! Look out for deer........ It can be muddy in places when it has rained.

Cross the next main bridge at N50 50.145 W001 35.299. This is a really great picnic spot and a great place for a paddle on a nice day.

Now walk down stream........you are close to your goal!
