Tinsley's Twin Towers Traditional Cache
Mr Truffles: I have called at the cache today to try and establish what happened to a geocoin left in March 2011. The coin is not present and there are no log entries to show it's removal. I have emailed the only visitor to have logged a visit and await a reply. I have taken the TB that was in the cache and will move it on. I have no alternative but to archive this cache in case it has been targeted by thieves. Thanks to all who have visited.

A relatively easy cache at a site affording a view of the famous Twin Towers of Tinsley - due to be demolished in the early hours of Sunday 24 August 2008.
I have decided to place this cache to commemorate a very famous landmark that will disappear from the South Yorkshire skyline in the early hours of Sunday 24 August 2008. The Twin Towers of Tinsley have been seen by travellers by the side of the M1 Motorway and opposite Meadowhall Shopping Complex for many years but they will be gone forever are the land is redeveloped.
I have attached a photo of the towers from the cache site and ask that visitors to the cache take a photograph over the coming months to show how the land has changed – who know what will appear in place of the towers.
The cache is a small Tupperware style box covered in black tape and contains a log book, pen, pencil, sharpener, cache box card and a few trade items. It will take small Tb’s and geocoins. Please add appropriate cover to the cache as the months roll and the foliage dies back.
