Geocache Description:

This is a real and true old horse and buggy trail. Located in Johnston, RI off RT44 on Pine Hill Ave. This is my land which is 8 acres. This Should be an easy park and grab. IN the rock wall but NO need to Dismantle ANY rock's. Yes it's ok to walk the trails, if you don't mind the dogs barking. The trail run's mostly parallel to route 44.

This is My first cache, Hope you Enjoy. The cache is a small tupperware container. It starts with a pencil, log, pedometer, die, car and 2 $ for the FTF. You can also pull in the drive way to the Left is a open area. Theres parking for a few cars. Parking on the road is not recommened. People drive crazy on this road.

I have a quarry but can not be seen from the trail were the geocache is. It is 30 feet from my back door. The stone from this quarry was used to build the columns at the Providence Arcade in Downtown Providence in 1828.
Geologists estimate the rock to be 570 million years old. The columns cut out were 24 feet long, 3 feet in diameter, and weighing 12 tons, they were transported using 12 yoke of oxen and a special low-gear Brobdingnagian cart.
The Providence Arcade is best known as the first enclosed shopping mall in the United States. The building was designed by Warren Russell and James Buklin in the Greek revival style, with ionic columns; some called it "The eighth wonder of the Western Frontier".

CONGRATS to SHEDEW for the FTF.
