Geocache Description:

Easy cache and close to another cache Fisherman's Booty.

You are looking for a small coffee can containing several dollar store type items for the kids. The fire department here has given permission to for the cache to be placed here and encourages all who find it stop by and say hi. Our kids got a GREAT tour of the historic firestation. The station was built in 1966. At the time of the cache's placement the station has two 40 year old fire trucks. It has seen several firechiefs from Howard Yarber in the 70's-80's, Bob Huber in the 80's, and Joe Turner in the 90s. My kids even got to try on some fire gear which we learned costs about $5000-$6000 to outfit each fireperson. After you visit this cache be sure to stop by Fisherman's Booty. I believe this cache is located in, truly, one of the most beautiful spots in the world - and it has GREAT fishing to boot!
