How Geocaching Works
Use of geocaching.com services is subject to the terms and conditions in our disclaimer
This is a cache & dash travel bug hotel. NO rules, restrictions, ratios or quotas. That means you don't have to leave a bug to take a bug and you are not limited in the number of bugs you can take. Drop by as often as you wish before adventures out-of-town, out-of-state or abroad. Give our little hitch-hikers a lift or drop off your weary travelers here for a "Sabbath rest."
Travel Bugs have come through this cache that originated in Afghanistan, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Finland, France, Germany, Iraq, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Latvia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Slovakia, South Africa, South Korea, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. Also, TBs have been here from 46 of the 50 US States. Missing states are New Hampshire, North Dakota, Rhode Island and Vermont.
Since this hotel was birthed in August of 2008, there have been more than 850 travel bugs, geocoins and jeeps who have stopped here. That's nearly two new bugs every day! It seems to be more difficult to move bugs out of the hotel than into it so don't be shy about helping yourself. Local cachers should definitely put this hotel on your watchlist!
Take a moment to look over the printed "Roster of Guests" in the cache. I try to keep this current. Here you can find the goal for each of the TBs, their origin and how many miles they have each logged. You can even see how long each of the travelers has been quietly sitting in this cache waiting to be picked up and moved along...by you!
Please quickly log the bugs you pick up or drop off. In order to keep our inventory accurate, bugs that are taken but not logged within a week will be marked as "missing."
Congratulations to la84fishn for being "First to Find."
