Miller River Falls--not necesarily the official name--are way below the road in the ravine. The cache is an easy to find--driveby--on the opposite side of the road, at the base of the rockface, under a pile of rocks. When we were there--late in August 08--the pothole falls were impressive even from the distance. Not very photogenic though.
If you know the name of these falls let me know so I can give them their proper credit.
