Spooky Oklahoma - The WalCourt Building Sacrifices

Welcome to the fright and the things that go bump in the night. I, Darkmoon will be your host today as I take you on a journey of paranormal mayham and spooky undergoings. This is a new series I am placing around Oklahoma to bring attention to some of the more haunted places that we have in our state that is so rich with history and turmoil. One of my other hobbies have been researching the paranormal and I would love to share that with you. So grab a friend and your GPSr and lets have some fun...The Spooky Oklahoma Way...

Welcome to this sinister looking Tudor Revival style building called Walcourt, which was used as a multiple family dwelling during the period of 1925 to 1949. It is on the National Historical Registry under #82003694 and is currently vacant and not in use. But what is spooky about this is that in 1945, several children were found dead and mutilated in the basement, offered up to Satan by devil Worshippers that were living in the building at the time. Or at least that is one of the stories that has been going around for years. It is said that the unrested spirits of the children still roam the hallways and outside on the ground. Strange lights and noises were often heard by various witnesses thru the years and unexplained weirdness was encountered by many. One gentleman who was in the building investigating a few years back told of how something kept grabbing at his legs and trying to pull him down the stairs towards the basement. He has given up paranormal research after that. I have myself have seen many strange things including what looks like small children playing in the yard but when approached they would disappear. I have also seen strange lights in the broken windows and what looks like faces behind the doors. It still brings a shiver to my spine when I think about it. In fact check out the picks that XOXSCOOBYFANXOX took when placing the cache, she caught some orb activity on the pics, and our GPSr's were messing up big time. Oh yeah it is for real! This is privately owned now and no trespassing so please obey the signs. The cache is not on the building or on the grounds.

You are looking for a simple park and grab, a small container done up by those insane demons at Darkmoon's Area 51 LabWerx. Yes muggleflage I like to call it as any cacher should be able to see this one while the innocent bystanders look the other way. Oh yeah, just a little bit of thorns but no poison plants and just a few muggles could be in the way of you snagging the smiley on this one...or it could be the ghosts? Who knows? Bring your own writing stick as there is none in this small container though there is room for small trade items. So kiss your love ones good bye, grab a energy drink from the fridge and get in the car as you can't find it sitting at home. Welcome to my InSaNiTy!
