Geocache Description:

This cache is located on an island in the middle of Nolin Lake reservoir. You can use a boat or you can swim to get to it. I am told that there may be a land bridge over to it in the winter months.

After a great day on the lake you might want to come by and pick up a cache. So I placed this one so you can explore a little while you’re here.

I placed this one in my swimming suit and in sandals so it’s not too hard to get to (just a few briers to go through). I did place it high enough not to be washed away by the spring floods.

The cache is a nice big ammo box, so you should not have any problem finding it.

I placed this cache to replace a cache that Jeepstaff and Buddy put out here a few years back. As a tribute to the great late Buddy I ask that if you have any photos of your geocaching dogs, to attach them to your log.

This cache placed and maintained by a member of Geocky, InKy and the Heartland Geocachers
