Johnson County, Wrightsville, Georgia is the hometown of one of the most well known football players ever to play in Sanford Stadium. Herschel Walker played multiple sports while a student for the Johnson County Trojans. He was “accepted” at the University of Georgia where he was a football starter his freshmen year and ended his college career only 3 years later having set multiple records that continue to be unbroken.
To find the cache you must successfully answer the following questions and use the answers to determine the cache coordinates. A discrepancy has been noted to the correct answer for one of the questions. Please do not use the information you may find at wikipedia. The answers to the questions were gotten from georgiadogs.com
A. What two digit year was Herschel born?
B. What two digit year did he win the Heisman Trophy?
C. How many yards did he RUSH for in his career at Georgia?
D. How many seasons did Herschel play in the NFL?
Because of a noted discrepancy for the answer to this question I will give you this one. Herschel played in the NFL 9 seasons as a running back and an additional 3 years only on the special teams. Use 9 and you'll find the cache quicker.
E. Herschel was a member of the SEC champion 400-meter relay team in what two digit year?
F. What jersey number did Herschel wear while on the UGA football team?
To determine the variable only use the numbers to the right of the decimal.
N 32 43.??? = N 32 43.801 minus N 32 43.XXX
XXX = (A + F – B) – 5
W 82 43.??? = W 82 43.168 plus W 82 43.YYY
YYY = C – 6(D*E) – 221
