This cache is near a pond that we quad past while we are at our recreation property at Green Lake. You can get to this cache by quad, dirtbike, bike, or even by car or truck. You can actually drive right up to it if you find the right dirt road. I have even been on this road in a van.
The cache container is an ammo can. It should not be that difficult to find. I have put the cache here because this spot calls to me every time I go passed it. It can be quite odiferous, even a bit "stinky" but it wasn't me. I actually think this pond is composting and will eventually fill in completely. It is fun to be like a kid again. Throw rocks into the mud and watch it splat. It makes me laugh every time. Be careful how far you walk out because it can be like pudding. I actually heard of someone who had gone too far and lost one of their new athletic shoes and was never able to retrieve it. Watch out for range cattle between April and October, but they probably won't care about what you are doing. In winter the cache could be covered by snow so Im not sure how easy it will be to find. The pond will probably be covered in ice but be careful of thin ice.
It may not be a beautiful spot but it can be fun!
I have moved the cache a bit farther back into forest
because I think it was muggled.
