Located at the end of Blackberry Lane, off of Highway 27 south of Ladysmith. Undeveloped public area, short walk.
The end of Blackberry Lane is leased to the Town of Grant for potential development into a small park. While there is no development currently at this location, it does provide access to the Flambeau River. As part of Flambeau Mining Company’s environmental monitoring, samples were and continue to be collected upstream from the mine site at this location within the Flambeau River. Keep an eye out for wildlife – deer, turkey, fox and more.
