A 0.3L container off the path between Bayford & Hertford. Position moved again slightly on 5/1/13
This small cache is named after a good friend who lives near to the action.
Park at N51.45.573 W000.06.160 in the village or on the main street nearby. Walk north into the private road that is Bayford Green. This “road “ has footpath rights of way which you follow towards Hertford. After 0.3 miles the marked footpath turns right off the unmade road into a field across a stile.
Cache contains Travel Bug and various small items
The Cache is to the side of the footpath
Bayford is a “ One Street” village with some fine houses. The recommended route will take you pass some including the “ Manor House”. Many of the gardens of village homes are open every other year in the summer on “Bayford Gardens Day”
Bayford has is own station near, linking to Moorgate.
