pamap: My relative took quick action on checking this one out and to my dismay - he reported it is GONE (Cache container & item it was hid in) [:(] I am ARCHIVING this one and will come up with something a little more creative & secluded the next time we get up that way for a visit. Geocache Description:


To get the most out of this spectacular view, I suggest that you approach it from the I-99 side of the mountain (WEST SIDE). You will have the best viewing on the way back down the mountain after finding the cache, but the drive up will also be a exhilarating.



There is plenty of room to PARK very close to the cache and it will not require any bushwhacking. The Cache hide is not difficult, but might be something a little different for some of you. No HINTS or SIZE listed to make it a little challenging. This road does not get a whole lot of Traffic, but still BE CAREFUL when searching for the cache and also when taking pictures. The shoulder is fairly wide and line of site is decent so you should be able to pull off far enough to snap a few quick shots without creating a problem or just have your co-pilot snap a few as you make the descent.

For those of you that frequent SHEETZ Stores for items other than Geocaches hidden on their properties, you will be able to see one of their Main Warehouse Distribution Centers in the distance (look for their distinctive RED Trucks). If you happen to be in this area at night during the Winter months, you will see Bright Lights Glowing far off to the west on the next Mountain Range which will be Blue Knob Ski Resort.
