This cache is located with a nice view of the HL Sonny Callahan Airport in Fairhope. The airport is home to a nice array of small planes, as well as some very nice corporate jets. There was a jet landing while I placed the cache. At various times during the week, you can see many different types of planes and helicopters doing maneuvers in the area. The coast guard conducts drills in the area also. I work very close to this location, so I may see you cache hunting!
The cache is a lock & lock container with cammo tape. It is located on the south side of the gravel road. The cache container is stocked with a few items to trade, as well as a new travel bug.
NOTE: This cache well outside airport property.
