George's Treasures Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

grosbeak: After a couple of raids by muggles, and difficulties finding a suitable new location for this cache, I have decided to archive it. Also, we will be moving away from the area in the not too distant future, so will not be able to maintain it. So long and thanks for all the fish....

Geocache Description:

The cache is located in Lewis Lake Provincial Park (now called Jerry Lawrence Park).

In the summer of 2008, our Great Nephew (George) came to visit us in Canada. At the time George was 8 years old, and flew out from England on his own. While staying with us, George got into geocaching, so we placed this cache for him - hence the name, George's Treasures. Cache container is an ammo box. It is located just a short way off the main trail through the park, and should be a relatively easy find. This park is quite a high traffic area for muggles, especially in the summer months. Please re-hide the cache as you found it, so that it is safe from prying muggle eyes.
