It's time for our end of
summer CITO at the north end of our adopted Alamo Wash! After this
summer's heavy monsoon rains, there should be plenty of trash for
us to pick up. The meeting time will be at 8:00 AM (0800 for you
military types) in the Safeway parking lot, just off of Grant Ave.
and Craycroft Rd. From there we'll go on a clean-up walk to the
south for about one-half of a mile, depending on wash
conditions.
This CITO is, Saturday,
September 27, 2008 at 8:00AM. The
more hands (and paws) make the job go faster, so please encourage
your friends and caching buddies to attend. Trash bags, gloves,
grapplers, cold water and light refreshments, coffee, etc. will be
provided. Please bring supplies to make the day easier (sunscreen,
extra CITO supplies, hats, etc.)
There will be prize
giveaways at the conclusion, a group photo and of course, the
ceremonial Passing of the Bull to the next sucker...err...event
host. Feel free to swap travel bugs and geocoins if you so choose.
