Geocache Description:

This cache was originally placed out of spite towards a notorious local cacher, but I decided to make it pleasant. And who is more pleasant than Ned Flanders?

This is an easy stop n' snag. I've wanted to put one here for a while, as I pass every day on the way to work. This will hopefully be my last 1/1 for a long time. Stealth will be a serious issue at certain times of the day.
