You are looking for a nano hidden on a steel fence. Before you leave, look up, then look at your cell and post in your log how many signal bars you have on your phone.
The log is made with waterproof paper and can sometimes stick to the inside lid of the nano. If you're having trouble getting it out, gently rotate the paper and the lid, and it should come free. Don't force it!
Watch out for muggles in the nearby parking lot if you're there during business hours.
Please return the cache to the exact same location you found it.
