Geocache Description:

On the DOC walkway at Butchers Dam

This replaces the older site: Flat Top Hill (GCRXO6) which was muggled and trashed out of existence. The old records can be viewed by clicking on the link.

This is a three phased multi based on the Flat Top Hill Conservation Area, one of my favourite places to go for a walk. The given coordinates will take you to Waypoint #1 where you will find the coordinates to Waypoint #2 where you will find the coordinates to the cache.

Note that the coordinates are all new and not the ones used for the old "Flat Top Hill" cache. Close, maybe, but not the same.

Please keep to the formed tracks. The waypoints are just off these. Enjoy.
This is a very pleasant walk in a beautiful area and should take under an hour. Take a camera, you should get some good shots to post with your log. The time spent on reading the interpretation panels is more than well worthwhile.

The cache container is a 800ml airtight clear container and when placed contained:

A stash note.
A small log book.
A pencil & sharpener.
An "Innovations" Telephone Index.
A penny, Australian -1960.

The waypoint containers are small, white and are about 50ml.

Please take care when you re-hide all of the containers. This is, at times, a high density muggle area.
