Alien Shore: We walked out to check the cache and found that the log was indeed soaked. Time to let it go and place another.

Geocache Description:

Small L&L This is the first one hidden with my little gnat.

The trail that leads to the cache is located on a 45 1.4 acre area of land that was donated by the Batz family. The entrance to this trail is located to the left of a bench, built by an Eagle Scout. Other Eagle projects have been completed here as well. According to the listing for another nearby cache (GCG13F-Things Are Just Full Of Bats), the trails were once orange blazed as part of an Eagle project, but the blazes have faded. The cache is not far off the trail.

The entrance to the parking area is across the street from 90 Shenipsit Street. To your left, as you enter, is a plaque on a rock with a tribute to the Batz family
