Geocache Description:

A relaxing stroll, enjoying the birdlife which abounds around this cache which is a plastic bottle, wrapped in black electrical tape.

You may have to get your knee's grubby for this one, but nothing too strenuous at all. The lid of the container is fixed and you will need to unscrew the plastic bottle from the lid to see inside the cache.
