We spend a lot of time at this beach, as we have family nearby. One
of the FFs spent summers on this beach for over 20 years. The area
has changed quite a bit since that time, but coming back for a
visit is always a pleasure. This used to be quite a happening
place!
When we were here on our last visit, we decided this area was
lacking in caches and decided that the beach would be a perfect
place for us to hide one. During the peak summer season, you’ll
find many individuals and families enjoying the beach for some of
what it has to offer; its view of Buzzards Bay, the gentle rolling
waves, the shellfish and the ocean air.
If you would like to “keep your feet dry” while accessing this
cache, you will need to come 2.5 hours before high
tide or 2.5 hours after high tide. It is possible to
retrieve the cache closer to high tide, but you will get wet.

check the Tide Chart. We used the Marion location for the
closest location.
Parking coordinates have been provided and there is parking for
2-3 cars. Please do not park on the South (beach) end of
Bayview Street (off of Wankinquoah Ave) – it is a private
way and parking is not permitted on this portion of the street.
Please bring a pen to sign the log and watch out for Muggles
