Welcome to the Hotel...Mississippi? A photo cache in Hainerberg, Wiesbaden.
This cache is in a triangle just outside the US housing area in Hainerberg. Until two years ago, just inside this stretch of the fence along Mississippistraße, there were family housing units and a practice soccer/football field. (According to Google Earth there still is!) Those have all been razed, and a new hotel complex is on the rise.
We hid this cache to document the new hotel construction. Won't you help us?
Cache is at the published coordinates. To log this cache, you must:
- Find the cache and log it (green PETling micro, with some camouflage)
and
- Take a picture of the hotel, not necessarily from the cache coordinates.
Logs without photos of the hotel will be deleted after a reasonable time to allow photo uploads. If you know it's going to take you a little while to get the photo up, just say so in your log and we'll cut you some slack.
Please be gentle with the cache when retrieving and replacing it!
