Grab your hiking boots and head up this cool hiking trail. It's
steep but neat. If you go beyond the cache (where you'll find even
more caches at the top) you'll be rewarded with a great view of
Collingwood, Georgian Bay, Barrie and Christian Island.
(Not available in winter.)
The cache is on a switchback trail that goes from top to bottom (or
vise versa). The cache is only one meter from the trail. Do Not
bushwack!
From the bottom, start in the Village at Blue Mountain. This trail
is now a Bruce Trail -Side Trail. Follow the BT Blue Blazes.
Warning: Please stick to this trail. It's prohibited hike on
the ski hills south of this trail. They're used for downhill
cycling. It would be very painful to encounter one of these
cyclists who travel at Mach6 in full body armour!
Bonus: If you're too tired to make the return trip...Take the
gondola! (Available all summer and on autumn weekends.)
