Geocache Description:

Discover abandoned WW2-buildings & great views. Advice:
#A: Free parking at Enfola. A path leads up the hill to the start
#B: All the way except the last 20 feet to the Final leads over paths or is inside abandoned buildings
#C: Bring good shoes and flashlight
#D: In summer, go before 10am/after 4pm
#E: Do NOT try when ground is slippery
#F: The final involves some climbing, but no need to take major risks!
#G: However, please note that it's a four-star-terrain-rating!

THE STORY OF THE CACHE (partly authentic, partly fictional):

In ancient ages, Jason and the Argonauts visited Elba looking for the Golden Fleece. The legends say they went ashore close to Enfola. The legendary treasure has been food for the myths and dreams of men ever since. Several treasure-hunters tried their luck, among them notorious pirate Barbarossa who devastated Elba several times, but found no hints about the Fleece.
In 1943, when Italy agreed to a ceasefire with the Allied Forces, the Nazis conquered Elba. For months, they fought over Enfola with Italian resistance. While they turned Enfola into a fortress, they found a trace going way back to Jason. They were trying to dig up more information, when the French landed and conquered Elba back within few days.
Withdrawing, the Nazis took along or destroyed their files. But it is rumored that some information on the possible whereabouts of the Golden Fleece is still hidden somewhere on the mountain...and it's up to you to find it!

START/FIRST WAYPOINT:
The start coordinates take you to a WW2-building. Count how many "rooms" there are. This will give you the directions to a place which people say is still haunted by Nazi ghosts who may possess useful information.

Number of rooms = x

SECOND WAYPOINT:
N 42.49.ABC
A=x+2, B=x/2, C=x/4
E 010.15.DEF
D=2x+1, E=x/2, F=x/4

INITIAL CONTENT:
4 little plastic toys, 2 candles, 1 Quarter Dollar, 5 Slowakian Kronen coin, a pen, and the logbook.

PLEASE:
let us know how you liked the cache and, of course, report any problems to us!

INFO ABOUT WP2/FINAL:
WP2 may be a bit hard to find, so for those who cannot discover it, there are the coordinates of the final in the Hints (last hint, marked "EXTRA SPOILER ALARM")
