Scuba_Steve_Squad: Cache was indeed there, but could be very difficult depending on muggle activity.
We decided to remove this one to make room for a new cache nearby.
We did remove the cache when we were out there today.

Thanks to all who found this cache, and have enjoyed our "While the kids play" series. Look for more to come in the future.

How Geocaching Works

Geocache Description:

This is our 2nd in a new cache series in parks around the area that can be done while the kids are playing.

We have two micro cachers ourselves, and know how difficult it can be to either take them with you to some caches, or make arrangements to go without them.

So we are doing a series of caches located in parks with playground equipment for the kids to play on. All of the caches are placed close enough to see where the kids are, and what they are doing, while searching for the cache.

This can also help instead of one person sitting in the car with the kids while one does the cache (as we have done on many occasions). You can take turns playing while searching.

The caches will not all be the same size, or hidden the same way. This will hopefully make it a little more fun than looking for the "same old" as some of the other series.

We hope you all have fun, and do enjoy taking the kids to the parks.

Since these are all in parks they may be busy at times. Please be as stealthy as possible, and hide the cache as well or better than it was found.
(difficulty rating on this one is based partly on muggle activity we have seen at times in this park)

* Note: this cache is in Hawk Island Park, and will likely have a vehicle entrance fee in the Summer, from Memorial Day thru Labor Day.
