Sorry, there's no cemetery here! Just a nice spot to pull over and grab a cache. I was headed down to the American River for my first time caching along the eastern shore of the lake - long overdue, I know - and I remembered I had this container with me.
I had hidden it in a pioneer cemetery NW of Auburn after watching the spot for almost a year. Sure enough, another cacher had placed one very close just the day before! Yes, I was procrastinating to say the least, and I have no-one to blame but myself. So now this cache is a bit SE of where I intended it, and since "Lone Star" is written on the log I decided to keep the name.
Congrats to yabetterduk for FTF, now #2 all alone on my FTF list with 13!
